The service from the Reborn division for the repair of our 2007 Subaru WRX. Was excellent from customer service to the quality of the repair itself. James Choi( Store Manager) who helped me check over the repairs explained everything that had been done in detail and really the quality of workmanship spoke for itself. Further to this, when I had an issue with my insurance papers not being present( due to them being taken out prior to the car being delivered there, James was very accommodating and even stayed back ( as did one of his assistants) , past hours to ensure the paperwork could be printed out so I could take my vehicle home that evening. He also made sure the car was washed and cleaned, which again highlighted the great paintwork in the repair.
Also love the weekly text updates whilst waiting for the repair to take place!
They were courteous and friendly from the beginning to end. Kept me informed consistently of my repairs. Were prompt and had my loaner vehicle ready when I got there. My overall experience was more than a 10. And the fact that they donate to children is a great reason to take your vehicle to them
