Warm and genuine welcome both on the phone and when I visited the Edmonds Street location. Every step was explained clearly, and I was informed as to dates and times as they were firmed up.
Bo was my initial contact, and Kim dealt with most of the details on the day my windshield was replaced. Excellent job by the way. Also finished about one hour ahead of estimated time, so I missed most of the traffic congestion that afternoon.
Unfortunately I did not get the name of the gentleman who phoned my with the final booking details to bring my vehicle in. He was professional and pleasant to deal with as well.
