I had an issue when I was trying to pick up my car on the Friday before the long weekend. The staff member was persistent about finding the solution and did get it resolved. Jason contacted me after the weekend and offered me an additional service as compensation for my inconvenience.

What I didn't like was how long it took to get my windshield and not very responsive about updates...I had to follow up myself regularly.
Besides that the experience was smooth and appreciated having my car washed and cleaned for pick up.
I was impressed with customer service as well as quick turnaround - it only took a day to have my repair completed from my initial call.
