The server is fantastic. They’ve been updating me while my cars is in the shop while the parts are being ordered and approximately how they’re doing and when the car is ready, I’m very impressed. I’ve used them many times before and have been great.

Got a windshield rock chip on my way home on the Coquihalla. I called from Merritt, and had an appointment for 45 mins after my arrival home time (just enough time to unload gear). My windshield was repaired and I was back in my driveway within 2 hours of finishing the drive. Great service. The stars aligned for me that day.

Tamara at the desk has excelled at customer service. She is very kind and went over everything in detail. Kidman got my car in very quickly to fix the windshield. And when I came to pick up my car, they had washed the outside, and even vacuumed inside. They really went above and beyond, and it was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend.
