I really appreciated that I was heard, that the shop took my terrible experience very seriously, and everyone I dealt with genuinely wanted to help me. When I came to pick up my repaired car, i felt like a celebrity with the attention I received. Then I saw my car and it looked like it just left the showroom. Both outside and inside. I have had need of body shops over the years, many were very very good. This Kirmac was better.

5 Stars service from scheduling to finish. Mira was super friendly and helpful in assisting with ICBC claim and scheduling. Ordering part was fast and OEM pricing was reasonable. The job took half a day and an Uber was arranged for a ride home and pick up. Car exterior washed and inside cleaned like new upon pick up. Overall experience was superb and would strongly recommend Kirmac for your go-to autobody shop!
