Amergen made all the difference, going above and beyond, and was a wonderful admin manager to interact with. They worked hard to switch the rental, when a small SUV came instead of the requested large SUV as my husband is 6'5". Loved the text updates, and was very impressed that Jon got a 2nd bumper when the first did not fit properly. Others may have jigged it to make it fit, but we appreciated the extra efforts across the board. Thank you for making a stressful experience of getting our car fixed, a bit easier to deal with.
