They give me regular update of status of repair.
They were very good at planning and executing the work on time actually ahead of schedule and I was provided a service vehicle. The only problem was with Hertz who didn’t deliver the rental full of fuel, I drove 28 KM’s and it took $ 25.15 worth of fuel. This was the only issue I had during my repair that was unsatisfactory.
Nick Ho was a pleasure to deal with. The repairs were done promptly.
