From the moment I entered this business I was immediately greeted with such kindness by the front dest receptionist. I had just had my accident so I was a bit shaken up. She patiently asked me questions regarding my accident, and had an estimator look at my vehicle very quickly. The estimator walked around my car with me and made sure everything was documented so I would have no surprises dealing with ICBC. He advised me of all timelines and within three weeks was car was fixed to perfection. I really felt valued as a customer and although I hope not to visit soon I would recommend this business to anyone. Thank you!
I needed the repair done quickly and they managed to do so a day earlier than promised.
It would have been nice if they had taken my rental back the same day it was dropped off to them. I was surprised when I got a call from Enterprise today asking what time I would be bringing the u-drive vehicle back. I was already in Calgary!

Absolutely professional and friendly team, I would suggest it to everyone, to be honest. I can't really think of any improvements to be made. Parts came in fast, and the repair itself was even quicker. The car substitution was of good quality (while it's not directly from the same company, it's still a part of the service overall). Most importantly, very nice and respectful people to talk to. Keep it up, you're doing fantastic work!
