Very good communication. The customer service team is excellent. My car is very clean, like it's almost new again. Very nice. And it drives perfectly so far.
However I found one wiper blade broken off, a connector for the hood latch sensor was left disconnected, and the dust cap for the low side AC service port was not re-fitted(I just happened to find it rolling around in the engine seal area). I fixed all these things myself, no big deal. I was offered a new wiper blade -didn't need it, I just reattached it.
It does cause some concern for what else might be left loose or forgotten though, since wheel and suspension work was done. But as I said, so far so good. Nothing feels clunky or loose on the road.
Im very satisfied overall. I just worry that someone without mechanical knowledge would have been driving around at highway speeds without the safety warning on their hood latch working and an AC port becoming too dirty to be usable later on. Seemingly minor things, but potentially costly.
I already texted these concerns back to the number I was being texted from during repairs.

We needed some body work done for our car recently and Colin and his team guided us through the process and were very upfront with us in the cost of the repairs. They gave us weekly updates on how the repairs were going and how long they would take. I really appreciated the weekly reports on how the repairs were going on a courtesy car to accommodate our family’s needs.
