Overall great experience, and not our 1st visit to Kirmac! From the time I booked the appointment online for estimates Nicholas Ho our estimator to receiving msg that ICBC had authorized the work was seamless. The SUV was booked in for repairs and a week later final results at pick up time was fabulous. Vehicle looked like new showroom finish at time of purchase during 2015. Great work Kirmac and love the work you do in the community.

The whole process was clear and effortless. Great team at the Ironwood location. Would recommend and use again if needed (hopefully not tho lol)
