Work quality, nice and clean facilities, claim ICBC on behalf of client, prompt appointment notifications. However, front desk girl seemed to be confused or clueless and provide contradicting or wrong information on both occasions of interaction with me, at the beginning.
i was treated with respect, all my questions were answered and i received regular updates on the progress of my repairs - in addition they washed and vacuumed my car -the job was done on time - i was very impressed overall.
My car was as good as new when returned to me.

The conveyance location to where we live. The Kirmac Estimator and front desk staff were very clear in respect to Kirmac services. They also arranged for a Hired car for 10 days, and then provided one of their own service cars for the remainder of the time it took to repair the car.
The car was well restored, cleaned and ready for our use.
all in all a great Kirmac service package.
All of the staff were professional and kind and worked around my schedule.
