I love coming to Trek Alamo Heights! The team here is consistently friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. One of the biggest perks for me is their quick turnaround time; I never have to wait long to get back on the trails.

Most recently, I brought my mountain bike in because the shifting was off. They diagnosed the issue immediately and had it fixed quickly and affordably. If you need reliable service and a great atmosphere, this is the place to go!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and organized shop in a nice location. I came in to pick up $32 item I’d ordered through Trek’s online store which is obviously small potatoes and despite full knowledge that was all I was there for they still treated me great.

At first, I was hesitant in going to Trek in Alamo Heights, thinking that because its located in '09, prices for service were going to be unreasonably higher than bike shops located elsewhere. I was wrong. Not only was the issue with my bike quickly resolved, cost was super fair and the team is very friendly, knowledgeable and extend great customer service!
