I would have given you a 10 but I recently experienced an issue with the isospeed wedge on my 2023 Domane that was common problem known to you but you apparently chose not to issue a recall. I think you should have issued a recall. My LBS handled the situation in an excellent manner but it could have been made easier if you had issued a recall.

I got a 10% discount on my order, which was good. I also liked that I could have the item shipped to the Trek store so it was not sitting on my porch when I was not home to receive it.

I bought an Electra loft 7i step-over after asking for advice online and reviewing several models and manufacturers. It selected this model because of the simplicity of internal gears and a lighter weight than the others I was considering. Although the Electra was more expensive, the quality of the brand justified the cost. Picking up the bike at Trek Cary was easy. The bike was assembled well and looked great. Lea, the staff person who helped me by going over the bike and selecting accessories, was an absolute delight.

Website is easy to navigate. I recently returned a purchase and it was very easy which is always a welcome thing. Really like Trek products, they are well made and very functional.

Bikes arrived quickly and in good condition; very well packed. 1/4" thick Assembly instruction book was a bit over the top containing differing languages and bikes vs a simple two pages of instructions for the bike within. Clear pictures don't require languages. It was wasteful to include both quick release and standard mounting for the front wheels, pick one.

Overall, super happy with the bikes and the purchasing. Local bike stores didn't even know what a coaster brake was and wanted to know why we didn't want hand brakes and gears.
