Fast , dealer received order, package very good . But the pedal that came did not have good bearings in it. It must have a bad ball. Sometimes 2 or 3 good turns then a bad one.

Customer service was phenomenal, and I really find the website layout simple and straight forward, as well as its recommendations on what bike I should buy very accurate.
Overall, I think Trek is a the best mountain bike comoany, as it’s a little cheaper but better quality than most other bikes.

It's really very nice to have the 30-day return policy if something doesn't work out - the website has a lot of choices and options for accessories (I was looking for a certain bottle cage and you guys had it !) - and the Trek storefront in Henderson, NV is fantastic too - always a pleasure.
John, Claudia and Elena were all exceptional in helping me find the right bike. Especially John, who worked with me when I changed my mind and decided on another bike even after ordering the first one! Their prices are very fair and they definitely want you to be have a bike that is best suited for your needs. Friendly and excellent communication. I loooovveeee my new Trek FX 2 gen 4 bike :)

The purchase transaction took place efficiently without confusion. Website was clear and logical. Delivery was quick without delay. Items received were in brand new condition. No surprises from beginning to end.
Tiffany Duffield provided some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. She was responsive and very helpful getting my issues resolved. She truly made me feel like my concerns were her concerns and she wanted a resolution just as much as I did. She went above and beyond initially to help with an online order for local pickup that the local shop was not responding to. She reached out to the local vendor and reported back to me that the bike had already sold. Where she went above and beyond was she already had options ready to go for me if I wanted to go through a different local owner or if I would like a different color from the online shop. She was also willing to price match and if she could not find a local owner to price match she was willing to make up the difference in gear or accessories. I don’t know if I have the right words or if there is even a way to describe my appreciation for her attention to detail and personal care to making sure I had the best possible outcome. After all of this she continued to email me to make sure FedEx pickup was taken care of. After two failed attempts (my fault not leaving package outside) we were finally able to get the previous bike picked up. In the end I wound up with a dual sport that I found at my local shop and the best customer service experience I have ever had. I will be a lifelong trek customer and recommend everyone I talk to about bikes to purchase a Trek solely based off of their customer support staff. Again, a big thank you to Tiffany and her exceptional service. It is truly appreciated more than words can express.
