The bike is great. It came well packaged and it was pretty easy to set up. Instructions were easy to follow and I didn’t need assistance to figure them out or put pieces together. I got the seat to the right height and now I have an awesome ride!

Best bike that I’ve ever owned. Customer service is outstanding. They helped me research which tires were best for my 12 year old bike and shipped them to me in Japan without folding them up, unlike other tire manufacturers. The rep also recommended a new seat when I asked him about replacing mine and it’s incredibly comfortable. I ride my bike 8 miles a day and I haven’t been uncomfortable yet.

I bought a Red Barn Refresh bike. The customer service was incredible. There was a minor set up issue with my bike. Trek took full ownership of the issues no questions ansked and went so far as to set up an appointment for me at my local shop to resolve it. They covered all of the costs without any problem. The customer service manager actually called me a few days later to make sure I was happy and that the issue was being resolved to my liking. These guys make a great product and stand behind it like no one else. Even on a used bike.

My new Domane SLR 7 is the best bike I have owned and at my age there have been a lot of them. The ride, comfort, and performance is perfect. The bike came with sized components which fit me perfectly. The Trek sizing charts are very accurate.

Love the bike. Did not see an option for seat post length. Found out after the purchase there is a 175mm as well as a 135mm option. My bike came with the 175mm. I called Trek customer service to inquire. I was informed they could not exchange. All of this fell within the 30 days after purchase.

It does seem to matter whether or not your online or on the phone with Trek/Electra Bikes. It is always an rewarding experience. Their website offers a simple yet completed format to find everything you are looking for. It creates a fun option for shopping for an awesome bike or that must have accessory to personalize yourself, such as a must have bike helmet, or that really cool yet practical accessory to personalize your bike. When you call Trek/Electra it will blow your mind. You will experience something pretty rare anymore. You will not only speak with a real person, you will speak with someone that truly loves their job and is sincerely interested in helping you.

Simple mechanical bikes. Very little wasted material or effort. Trek makes a straight forward bike that is designed for riding.
