I really appreciate the level of service available with the chat feature online for trek frame specific parts. The bike stores do not seem to have the ability to identify the requested parts easily

Fast efficient shipping! Quality products. I do wish that on some products you could see what they are compatible with. For example: the saddle bracket that fits the Ion Flare RT light. It fits my Versa seat but not my Sport seat. It would be nice if we could see what is compatible with before purchasing.

I've had my Trek 7500 Hybrid for 16 years and it's still rolling strong. I just replaced the back wheel, fenders, tires / tubes countless times, bike computer, chain, brake pads, and freewheel cassette but the bike keeps on pedaling fearlessly.
