I am new to the mountain bike world but I am a fast learner and a tinkerer, Eric helps complete my sentences and guides me to accomplish my desire look and feel for my new acquisition. Extremely fast shipping. Once I received my order (red barn refresh bike) there was a part on the bike that was not as described on the website. I called Trek's phone number and immediately (didn't have to wait on hold forever) talked with Richard Sparacin. I was expecting to have to fight to get the right part, but Richard immediately took care of me, got me the right part, sent it FedEx overnight, and sent me an email so that I would have his contact information should I need to reach out for anything in the future. It's so rare to find a company that takes care of their customers like that these days. I am so happy that I bought a bike from Trek and will always be a loyal customer.

Great experience with Redbarn Refresh. Love the new bike. Had a few issues with delivery and setup but Mary helped me out and made things right including sending me a water bottle and gloves to compensate for having to buy a Di2 charger. Broomfield, CO shop also helped get the bike put together and running.
