3rd trek bike 2nd verve2 model. 5times a week 20 miles plus. Ride is comfortable wish I would have known the affect of chlorine tablets stored in garage had on bike. For the low end model I get great use of the bike to maintain my health ten years post quadruple bypass

I did have trouble getting the package and had to call. It hadn't been sent out by USPS so Trek sent it out with 2 day delivery.
I thought I had bought the right visor for my wavecel helmet but it didn't work with it. Not sure if there's one that will fit.

The employee that helped me at the store was very helpful and gave me great customer service. He called me to tell me my order was ready for pickup and then remembered me when I came to pick it up days later. He even showed me the product I bought on his own personal bike.
