Customer Testimonials
Purchased some new pedals for my FX 7.6. Very easy, convenient and inexpensive.
From order ro pick up everything went faster then expected and I had my bike in days not weeks. And fhe bike is amazing!!
Trek had the items I wanted then shipped in a very timely many. It is our go to place for our Electra Townie Go 7D bicycles. .
It was easy to find the OEM part I needed and it was cheaper than some aftermarket versions. I also liked the option to locate a local shop with the part 'In Stock' or to have it shipped to my preferred dealer free of charge.
Painless free returns are awesome. However, returns are free only if you create an account first before buying online. Not a problem but I would recommend emphasizing that much stronger during the checkout process. I typically buy as a guest if repeating purchases aren't anticipated. Upon initiating the return I realized I was lucky enough to have created an actual account.
Easy to order and pick up at store
It’s easy to order items. Trek also provides easy return of products.
And most importantly, trek has offers very good products.
The two shorts I recently purchased are the best I have. The chamois are the most comfortable.
Super fast shipping! Better than A prime.
I appreciate that. Been loyal to trek since the late 90's and will continue that proud patronage.
LOVE Trek bikes...great products!
I had bought my Electra Townie Go 7D from a local bike shop (Marty’s Bike Shop in Muncy, PA) and ordered a couple accessories with the bike. The next week again & ordered the Basket and a bell. The price was very reasonable, delivery was FAST, and the quality was perfect!
Nice selection, quick shipping, good product.
We have 2 kids and both have been through 2 Trek bikes each, we love them. The seem light enough for little kids but also sturdy. We love the trade in program for kid bikes, we tell everyone with little kids to get them Trek bikes, they are great quality and when they outgrow one they get upgrade to the next size and get credit from old bike towards the new one!
Simple and the employees in Bellingham were great!
Pretty chill
The same bike was more expensive in the store. Which I didn't know until I went to pick up my purchase.
Staff is amazing!
The filters and search feature need to be more refined. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy but it took several minutes and screens/scrolling to get to it.
Great products
Sellers are very friendly, supportive!
My family has more than 25 TREK, Gary Fisher, and Klein bikes, from just a year or two old to nearly 30 years old. At Trekbikes.com, I can get new parts for almost all my bikes in one place.
Super fast shipping, fair pricing, good product.
Fast and got what I needed. My knees and feet feel so much better!
I had no experience with choosing an adult bike but I knew Trek was a quality brand. I was purchasing the bike for my adult daughter who has a 2 year old to ride with her, so it was important that she would be able to mount and dismount quickly and easily. When I looked at the Trek website, the bike I thought would be perfect for her was on the front page. The specs were clear and what I didn't understand was thoroughly explained when i clicked another topic within the site. The purchase was effortless, including a list of dealers to choose to pick up my bike after assembly. It was all a rewarding experience.
Order was incorrect but were able to get the right order out right away. Trek has helped support youth cycling which is very important to me.
Love Trek bikes and the service department at South Lamar is top notch!
Ordering online was a smooth process. The bike is great. Trek prices are a little steep.
Great service
I like how you can find the right style of bike, determine your size, and a brief synopsis of each style.
Customer service was unbelievable. Product quality is amazing.

I would have given Trek a 10, but the shop i bought my new SLR Domane led me to believe I had to pay for swapping out handlebars and my crank set to fit me. This was a bike I ordered. We then moved to Boise and I told the bike shop about that and they immediately credited me those costs and said I should have been told that buying an $8,500 bike that should have been part of the deal. I really enjoy the new bike. To be honest, the only gripe I have are the garbage Bontrager tires. Trek warrantied with new Conti5000 after the rear Bontrager started bulging out the side with very few miles
