I had an order that ended up getting stuck or lost at a shipping station. I reached out to Trek through their online chat. The experience was pleasant and it appeared I was chatting with a real person, if it was a bot I was tricked because the service was great. I provided the order number that was lost, and Trek had a new order number out within 3 minutes, and my new helmet arrived a few days later. I was very happy with their quick fix to the situation!

Trek of Bradenton is a great all-around bike shop! The advice they give me is always spot on! I have purchased 3 bikes from them. They do all service and maintenance for me. Having become more and more involved in cycling, Dean and the guys have been a wealth of knowledge regarding advice about riding and the worthwhile upgrades that are beneficial to me and my skill level. This is the only bike shop I go to pretty much for everything we need in regard to purchases, maintenance, advice etc. I cannot recommend them enough! I always go in faithfully once a week just to say hi to the guys and see what's new!
This was my first time buying a non department store bike for my daughter. Everyone was really helpful and really helped us make the right decision on what bike to purchase, places the order the next day. Once everything was delivered, they worked to make sure all the accessories were installed and let me know right away it was ready for pickup, so easy! I really appreciate them all.
