Could have a smoother UI
The website was relatively easy to use, but has a top banner that sometimes cuts off content. I was able to locate the bike model I wanted, in an uncommon size and easily have it shipped to a loca Trek store for assembly very quickly.

I Love Love my new Trek bike! This is such a difference from the ol’ cheap Walmart bike. I finally made the purchase and it was worth every dollar!!! It rides so smooth and comfortable with my added gel seat. The representative at the store was great also with teaching me many things on it and advising for additional purchases needed!! AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!

Easy site to navigate, super lightning fast shipping
It was easy to the point
This would be a "10" but Trek bikes said they would not honor if there was a defect in my bottom bracket on my 2015 Trek Madone since I was not the original buyer.
Currently it isn't an issue but if it does become an issue, I would think that Trek should honor the warranty regardless of the owner.
Ease of ordering. Merchandise selection is average, however pricing is a bit on the high side in comparison to similar items at other retailers. I don't like doing free advertising for merchandisers that advertises their own brand.... and you want me to pay to do this?
It's seamless. The bikes are great, and the accessories are exceptionally good quality. I've always gotten good customer service from the local Trek shop too (Redmond Washington)
