I am a huge Trek fan; I’ve bought two new Trek bikes in the past two years. I like the selection of accessories and riding gear available online. I also shop in my local Trek dealership store, Cabarrus Cycles, which is 3 miles from my home, and an easy ride to get there. I also really appreciate the seasonal sales on riding gear and Trek tee shirts. I wear them in my off-bike activities.

The Ellicott City location is a much preferred location to the Columbia store on Snowden River if you live in western Howard county.
EC is a calm store, adequately staffed with willing and able staff. I ordered a visor to be clipped onto my helmet. The ability to have the device shipped to the EC store; then have staff easily attach and secure the item was an encouraging experience. I will likely order more bike components and use the ‘ship to store’ option to get it right!
We have been riding our pair of Trek XC Bikes since 1997. The quality and dependability of these bikes has resulted in our updating and maintaining them, rather than replacing them. Love our Treks! I love my Emonda SLR7, Project One! It's my first Trek bike, and although I may just love it because I finally upgraded to electronic shifting, disc brakes, and a super fancy paint job, I find that it is super responsive, light, and comfortable as well. I wish I had a bike like this back when I was racing!
