You also sent me the wrong instructional manual with my bike, my bike came with a Trek city manual!!
I also recieved no allen wrenches nor were items tagged on my bike.

I wonder if you sent me a used bike ?

This is my 4th Trek. My first was a 2016 Donane SLR. I had an issue with the chain guard not working and the chain damaging the frame. My Trek dealer wouldn’t warranty it. I found your CEO’s email via Google and within days a Trek rep called and had a replacement frame sent to me. Perhaps I was the catalyst but whatever good customer service pays off with repeat customers.
