Extremely fast shipping to store however the shipping to home option was incredibly slow so if you want your bike in a timely manner you have to use the store pickup option. The site had much more options than my local retailer. Plus the prices were better as well.

I have ordered 2 bikes through Trek's website for pickup at Putnam Cyclery/Cobble Classic in CT. Bikes are fantastic and well built. I am able to find a bike equipped for my needs at a good price. I have owned Treks since the mid-1990s, and will continue to purchase them.

I purchased this one through the Trek Pre owned sight {RED BARN REFURBISH}
It was an amazing experience. The packaging is second to none and assembly took about 10 minutes. I will buy there again. Also, The transaction and shipping were Super quick.

A very good experience ordering our bikes online and having them shipped to our local bike shop. They showed up right on time and the shop did an outstanding job of getting them assembled and adding on the accessories that we purchased from them. They took the time to fit the bikes to us and made sure any of our questions were answered. Very pleased with the whole experience!
