Monitoring and auto delivery when tank at 20 percent
Customer service has always been good. Kamps calls the day before so if there’s any question, I can address it prior to arrival. The driver also calls and provides a window for delivery time.

First of all, you still know the meaning of customer service. A human actually answers the phone and the guys (at least so far its been guys that have been doing the tank sets) seem to like working for Kamps.. and that says a lot.. to me.

I like refilling at 30%. Refilling in Sept. when price of propane is priced lower is appreciated. The person filling the tank reacted well to the large dogs parking next door.
Since starting with Kamps, we have been happy with our service. Our drivers always remember to call us first before making a delivery because we have a remote gate that is always locked and dogs out on our property. So when they call first, I am able to bring our dogs in before unlocking our gate. The drivers have always been super polite and we are very happy with their service.

They are always friendly and helpful when I need them. I have been using them for years, and would not change as I can rely on them for good customer service. I always get a real person when I call, don't have to be transferred everywhere to talk with someone or get answers, more like what customer serve "used" to be like when they wanted to help the person/customer more than the almighty buck profit of the corporation. Love them!

We were in a bind. People who previously owned our house, had the tank locked. We had no hot water. They sent a person to unlock the tank for us. Then the following day, they came out to fill the tank. Very grateful for their efforts.
Your service person Colton in Diamond Springs was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Having never had propane service and unsure of what in our house used propane, he was efficient and helpful with getting me set up. He also gave me tips about service and informed me about safety measures. As a first time customer, I could not have had a better experience.
