Timely propane refills
Everything is good except price per gallon. Saw a comparison of all companies in the area and Kamps is currently the most...some by .25c per gal.....
Also I never know if I'm getting the discounts I'm supposed to be getting. It doesn't show on the bills....?

Customer service has greatly improved. Several years ago, some staff were not pleasant or competent. The last few times I have called with questions, staff have been amazingly polite and quickly respond.

The silent service. No effort on my part. I do with you could refill patio BBQ tanks at the same time. It's like having a milk man and not being able to get any other dairy from him. Be full service. and if you cannot refill, then have full tanks on your truck and exchange out the empty ones at the same time as filling the big tank.
The service that we receive from both the office and the DRIVERS is very professional. We have never had to call and request a delivery. The billing is easy to budget.

Usually less expensive versus other propane companies in the area. The person that delivers my propane is respectful of my property, e.g., securing my chain across the driveway after he leaves; only making turns on my asphalt driveway while moving - ensuring the asphalt isn't marred or rutted from his industrial size tires; and, inspecting my tank for any other potential issues that need to be addressed.
All in all, Kamps is an outstanding company, with conscientious employees.

We are in a neighborhood that has a contract for a discounted price. But also, your service people are considerate of our property. We don't even know when they come. They are quiet, quick and efficient. I do wish we could access our bills online and receive a notification that it's available to download. Leaving the bill at the front door isn't always the best way to let us know.
