It can be challenging because I think there are other places cheaper but I’m all about the service
Your office staff are awesome. They answer the phones, answer questions, solve problems and follow up on things that they say they are going to follow up on. Kamps drivers and schedulers often go out of their way to get emergency gas or repairs to customers in need. Some of the drivers have been known to be a bit full of themselves but if I were to be a person who delt with rural private property owners, livestock gates, guard dogs, deep snow and ice on windy mountain roads all while driving around an 8 ton bomb. I guess I would be too.

Kamps is always there when I need them. Fast, friendly and very reasonable.
While I wish the prices could be lower, I know that Kamps only passes on the propane based on their costs. The balanced payment plan really helps us and the auto-refill is a great service. Getting the call a day before the tank is to be filled is also very nice. The delivery driver has always been great - thanks for your help!
The representatives and staff in the office are always exceptionally friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Kamps rates are less than other propane companies. What’s not to like??!! We appreciate Kamps!

Friendly, answer phone calls, courteous, staff. I referred my mother to use lamps for her service.
I like that I get a call the day before delivery, so i'm aware its coming and also to be on the lookout for the bill that is dropped off. With the monitoring, I'm sure not to run out of propane, which is never fun.
Easy to get a hold of. Office staff and driver are great especially when I've used a lot of propane during a power outage and need it quickly.

They’re a life saver! And they actually care about their service/product as well as the customer. The drivers are knowledgeable and make sure you understand what they’re doing and why. The fact that my entire house depends on propane to function and they’ve gone out of their way to make sure our propane tank was functioning and even made special trips when our tank went low unexpectedly (totally my bad as a newbie). I would highly recommend this company and staff.
