The propane is delivered on a regular basis because they monitor the tank and communication from Kamps is great. We never have to worry or be afraid of running out. We have been warm all winter. (Actual) Low income programs/cheaper services/prices for your services. Because when we move into certain apartments/townhomes/homes, sometimes KAMPS Propane is already the preferred provider or the provider who gave the cheapest options to someone/or company that may have a multitude of properties or homes. So in that instance we have no way to shop prices. But having a low income, or a family of 4,5,6, and or a single parent household, etc. (based on proof of course) would help a ton.
Since we have no idea how much the cost of the propane per gallon is, until we call every month or day isn’t really feasible.
But, maybe having a locked cheap rate subject to change every year based on gas prices.
Let’s face it, I doubt Kamps Propane is struggling enough that they can’t afford or offer low income programs.
And the program that is based on averages sucks and isn’t a low income program at all, because if you use more than usual than the customer is penalized but if they use less than there is nothing to see here.
You guys should really consider implementing some form of payment changes, low income programs, cheaper price lock ins, etc.

The best thing I have enjoyed (NOT) about Kamps propane is that they will allow your bill to double and not tell you even though there has been no change to your gas usage! And then, when you ask the people behind the counter, when you pay your bill, why has my propane doubled, they don’t seem to know! I have to use Kamps propane in order to have hot water and that is the ONLY reason why I use Kamps propane!
