I don't have to worry about my tank running out. Unless there is a reason Kamps can't get to my house (deep snow) they keep the tank filled. Also, as my Wife and I are seniors on fixed incomes, I appreciate the EZ-Saver program that lets us pay our bill monthly.

I like the personal response to any issues when I call and the effort to respond quickly. The reason I gave a nine instead of a 10 is that the rule of the tank being down to29 per cent when we are having heavy snow can cause the truck being not able to deliver causing me to end up in total darkness .since I lost my husband , I put in the Generac system to enable me to have light. Being blind now in one eye and impaired vision inthe other I’m definitely fearful of total darkness. We had a generator and still do but at 80 I am unable to start it. This recent time it got so low my heater shut down as did my hot water heater and I called a heater repair person and had someone come in to start up my hot water heater. I was ok when my husband was alive but being alone now I think that there should be more leeway when there are storms as to when to service refills. I plan to discuss leasing a second talk later but never needed it in the past! This will have to wait a bit since my use has increased due to the 3 trees that went into my roof in December and repairs are just now starting due to the snow . I’ve been hit hard with loss of my husband, going blind in my eye, open heart surgery, the downed trees in my roof along with the increased useage of propane and the associated increase cost of it.

The customer service has been quick and friendly. It's great that they have the technology to monitor your tank level and then they automatically come to refill when you get to a certain level. I don't have to check my levels or call to schedule appointments. It's very convenient.
