Being notified when propane is low and when delivery will be made so I can unlock the gate.
I like that they have a monitoring device on our tanks, and that refills are scheduled automatically. This is great. Have one small nit - last week, we noticed that according to the monitor, one of our tanks was going down faster than it ever had in the 20+ year history of our being with Kamps. Naturally, to be safe, we asked Kamps to check the tank. They charged us over $100 for the safety inspection! This kind of charge, IMHO, is dangerous - it discourages customers from checking if there might be an issue.

Office Staff vey helpful and friendly. Always able to answer questions and assist. Our driver is the best and knows exactly how to maneuver in and out of our driveway easily. Clayton is the best and goes above and beyond during the snow season.

I like your monitoring of propane level. I receive an email weekly so I can also be aware of the percentage. You have filled my tank in feet of snow and have never let me run out of propane.
Monitoring of tank and calls before coming out to service...It would be nice if the LP was not so expensive......AND polite drivers....

When I woke up and realized that I had no propane, I called Kamps. A driver arrived very soon thereafter and filled both of my tanks. He was wonderful and I was not inconvenienced. Meanwhile, the propane is very clean and effective. There is no smell. I rely on it for all of my heating and cooking.
