During the big snow storm, our house ran low on propane due to the power outage and the need to run the generator. I called Kamps and explained that my husband was home alone while I was out of town due to a family death. He is elderly, a diabetic, has chronic lymphoma, and is a heart patient with poor circulation. I understand why they couldn’t promise a delivery right away even though they knew he was close to being out of propane. However, the next morning, propane was delivered early in the morning. My husband and I were so relieved to know that he would be alright. We have multiple homes in the area and only use Kamps. This incident is only one example for why Kamps is our first choice.
