I have been a customer since 2008 and I only had to call once to have them refill our tank. We are on automatic fill up.
The only problem I have now is that I use to get a copy of the invoice telling me how much we spent, how many gallons were delivered and how much you charge a gallon. I have had to call and sometimes more than once to get a copy. I would like to get one either mailed to me or e-mailed to me at Email address removed
Other than that, we are very satisfied with Kamps.

When I wanted to add a 2nd tank for my generator you worked with me to deliver and install a 500 gallon tank. You’ve only screwed up and let me run out of propane once in 10+ years and you responded quickly and were very honest about whose fault it was.
I like how they monitor our tank for propane levels and call and schedule fill ups when needed. The accounting office have been friendly on monthly payments that fit our budget. Drivers have always been flexible on times. We have had leaks that were taken care of promptly. We have been satisfied with Kamps for over 10 years.
