I often times have to make payment arrangements and to call for request and the two gals are friendly and quick to get the job done! As far as product, no choice/apartment but no complaints regarding the product.
Service has been excellent! I couldn’t ask for any better! The driver, response to phone calls, service! As an 80 year old handicapped widow on oxygen now it is most important to me to have lights, heat and my oxygen! I put in the Generac system when my husband passed since I’m unable to use the generator but the Generac needs the propane to function! I’m glad the came the day they did to install the new tank since my tank was empty and I had no heat or gas for my stove, or hot water!
