What could we do to improve?

it would be great to see more options in the evenings beyond yoga and Zumba.

In particular, adding a spin class and a strength-based option such as TRX or general strength training would provide more balance and appeal to a wider range of members.

I also wanted to mention instructor coverage. When an instructor is out, classes are often cancelled. Having more instructors available who are able to substitute would help ensure classes can still run as scheduled.

Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I appreciate all the effort that goes into organizing the classes and supporting members.

What could we do to improve?

The place is clean but poorly managed. You are way too fond of "the way it's always been done"
