Captured great “real time” photos
The pictures were great quality!
The plaques I ordered are beautiful! The size is perfect and it is well designed.
The pictures were ok, arrived fairly quick and the photographers polite. The issue lies with ridiculously high prices for downloading pictures. I would have like all the pictures but as I have just paid for a Bachelors and Masters degree, over 300 dollars to be able to see these (and probably more separately to then print some to frame) is almost cruel as families were unable to sit near enough to get any decent pictures.
Pricing is too high for digital copies
Loved the cards. Received digital photos same day and received grad cards in a week. Great quality and prompt delivery.
I still have not received the photos I ordered. The joke of a magnet arrived yesterday. It is the a piece of metal smaller than the size of a business card with a magnet glued to the back. Ridiculous and a waste of money. Magnets ordered through Candid Campus Photography for other family members are all 3”x5” actual magnets and good quality. I am highly disappointed in the magnet and am still waiting for my photos.

The image with the president and my son, will, my son was not facing the same way as the president for the camera shot. therefore, his face is showing sideways. Probably nothing can fix this unless you have a shot of them both facing the same direction.
Cost is too high for the quality.

The pictures were great!
The photo prints we received for the 5 x 7s look like my son has a cyborg eye. Some sort of reflection? This was either not present or not viewable in the much smaller proofs. Can I replace the 5 x 7s with the different picture we ordered in the 8 x 10?

Wish there was the option of 3.5 x 5 sizes.

Pictures were blurry and didn’t seem to be in focus. Package pricing was reasonable but the quality could be better.

Take more than one picture
I received my photo order. One of the 5x7s has a blemish on the blue background, a whitish dot. This does not appear on the other 5x7 of the same photo and background color. Is it possible to get a replacement? I could send a photo of the photo if needed. OrderID: VGPhone number removed6

The ordering was easy. A bit expensive and I am still waiting on my photos to arrive.
Selection options to price point
The pictures from the ceremony were not good pictures of our daughter. They were also really expensive. Even with Disney you can get the digital version of all of your photos, which are excellent and creative, for about $200. We paid over a hundred dollars for just 3 digital images. Charging per image was ridiculous and limited what we purchased. This seems to be taking advantage of students (and parents) who just spent a lot of money to pay for their education for the last 4 years.
Lower prices for digital copies
Easy to use and the picture came quickly
Received our digital copy to frame but School name was mis-spelled. Responded requesting a replacement with proper spelling which never happened. Will be following up again to request another copy as this was intended as a gift. Sixty dollars is a lot to spend for an unusable digital copy.
The quality of the photos, even after adjustments were paid for, were not very good compared to the price to order them.
There was one picture that was not even of me. Also, there was one picture of me frowning.
