How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Disappointed with the photo as it showed another graduate in the photo which when we cropped it and it showed what the final photo would look like the other person was not in the photo. We only wanted the photo of our granddaughter who had on glasses and diploma in hand. We would like to have it replaced as we cannot use the photo we have and is no value to us.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was extremely disappointed with the photo of our graduate when receiving her diploma from SEMO President, Dr. Vargas. Apparently there was no instruction as to when to pause, look, shake hands when receiving the diploma. These are moments that are only captured once. I had a horrible gut feeling watching the ceremony as student after student was not pausing for their photo nor being told what to do and I knew these moments were going to be a flop. Sure enough, just as I had expected, our daughter was one of the students who had a terrible photo but yet had to pay a ridiculous price for a terrible photo. The prices of the photo's were outrageous. They should have been at least half the price if not more. Not only that but, after selecting my choices and selecting a quantity of 2 photos, unbeknownst to me, the price did not adjust!!!!!! So, instead of selecting the 2 on one photo option, I selected 2 individual photo's of the SAME pose but was charged for each individual. I was livid! I spent $100 on ONLY SIX PHOTO'S!!!!!!! This was such a ripoff! I am extremely disappointed in the service AND quality of these photos. I hope SEMO never has this photo company back again. I feel even more sorry for all the students who did not even get a photo because the ONE photographer who was trying to keep up didn't get the shot. There should have been 2-4 photographers and lord knows, as much as was charged for these photos, there was plenty of money made to have paid the photographers for their work. What a joke.

I sent an email on January 4th and no one responded. I'm not satisfied with my son's pictures. I asked form gray background and received purple background. I also wasn't able to crop the degree out and would prefer picture without degree.

Perhaps a plain option with just the P at the side. Felt the Purdue all over the background was a bit busy. The actual pictures and collaring or whatever it is that PHD students receive. That was caught in action beautifully. Thank you!

Cost for digital photos are ridiculous. If I’m going to pay that much I’d appreciate the photographer giving me some sort of direction to make my portraits look better (ex: push up your glasses, fix your hair, put your hand here, etc.). Ultimately I was disappointed in how my photos looked but purchased them anyways because of the significance of the occasion.

Pictures are ok. The best one I won’t buy because I have my thumb up. What a ridiculous pose. And my pictures came crinkled.

When Graduation is in wintertime, would prefer a winter background then a Spring background. Otherwise, love the other choices of pictures to choose from.

Placed order (digital) and did not receive. Had to call 7 days post order. Photos did arrive after that. Quality of photos is fair at best. Especially for the cost which is a bit high for not great pictures.
