The pictures that you sent us as proofs for our daughter's masters degree graduation were not of her. You sent us proofs of a man that we did not even know or was part of her program. We had to search all the photos to find pictures of her. This took more time than necessary since she gave each photographer her QR code.
Just to make more picts of the person who is ready to pay for good picts. Just got minimum of picts.
One of the posses was farther away than I thought & looked like she had No hands or arms.
You could send me more shots of another pose, I ordered a lot of this pose, if you could send me some complimentary photos
That after a year went by I was able to still place an order, I appreciated that and shipment was good as well.

It was great I could go back three years from my graduation date and still be able to pull up my pictures for purchase! Although it was kind of difficult to find the webpage I am still greatful I found them.

Please make sure the person taking the pictures doesn't use the pole of the tent in the middle of the photo. i would have ordered more if the pole wasn't in the middle of the photo
You need to put a harder cardboard because the photos in the package were a little folded

You charged me for my graduation photos. You charged me to download my graduation photos. Your facial recognition software pulled up a picture of someone who was clearly male (I am female) and identified it as me. I wasn't anywhere in the picture.
I low-key hated all of the backgrounds you put on my pictures. An American flag? Really? In this day and age? Was the background with the greenery even a place found on campus or was that something you made up? When you took the graduation photos you had the dean of my college hold my diploma and just had me stand next to her. No instructions were given. I didn't know I was supposed to look like I was reaching for the diploma.
This whole experience was just really disappointing. These students have paid tens of thousands of dollars in tuition. THE LEAST you can do is NOT CHARGE US for our graduation photos.
It was not the photo I ordered
the service was very nice and easy to use. I rated high for this reason. However, I would love to see more affordable photo packages - especially with mixing different photo selections for printing. the old school - select one image and print a package seems very outdated.

All but 1 picture that was taken of my Graduate his stow & cords where turned and unable to be seen.

I ordered 2 sets of magnets. One came back with the hats of the Dean and my daughter the same color as the black background so they look bald. Cant see their hats at all.
The second one I ordered I spent time cropping so it would be very centered into the magnet. It came to us with part my daughter's arm/gown cut off.
Its sad because these are the photos we look at the most on our fridge every day and I also gave them to my family. I wanted them to be perfect.
A bit of a waste of $60 in my opinion. (4 magnents x 2)

Upon receiving my product the glass was broken
I don’t think the “touch up” option was worth the money.
I would be interested to see what was touched up or the before and after the touch up.

Photos were badly developed. There was glare in the glasses and not removed. Not visible in the sample photo. I also paid for light finishing nothing done! Very bad experience. I did not also receive my oine copy yet.
It was easy to order what I wanted. And it was nice to get a professional & beautiful grad picture of my son from the special day. Thank you
