Some photos were blurry

I like the convenience and speed. It allowed me to enjoy the moment knowing that I didn't have to take pictures. I also appreciated how quickly the proofs were sent out.
great selection and quality. Cost was much lower than I expected which I appreciated.
The picture I ordered was had two 5X7 pictures with a frame and name plate. I thought it was a wooden frame with an actual name plate and actual glass frame. Since it cost around $60. When I got it it was a printout of the pictures with plexi glass and plastic frame. the name plate was even a printout. I could have done that on my computer for $3 and bought a plastic frame for $5. Was not the quality I was expecting. I do not recall looking at the description so maybe it said it was a copy with plastic frame. I assumed if it was pictures I would get a picture.

Very difficult to find photos and than to add them to the cart. Not a friendly app
Quick delivery. Photos were packed well. Some of the shots could have been better but I realize that isn’t always possible when people aren’t posing. One photo had a lot of dead space above his head but I couldn’t crop it out. That would have been a great feature.
Pricing.
Slightly raise photographer's positioning so the grads aren't looking slightly down toward the camera.
The ease of the whole process was the ultimate win. Graduation day is hectic for families and to have all of the best moments captured by an obviously great team made this amazing. We were able to pick our favs and the products arrived to us quickly and with great quality.
Too expensive and did not receive hard copy photos via mail
Kinda disappointed being that the pictures were not cheap and the packaging was awful . It was sent in a basic envelope and during transit, it was bent all up and got to me in horrible condition
Product quality was great but quite pricey.

It as a good process. Would have been better to have students called in alphabetical order. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Pictures of each student as they walk across the stage instead of being part of someone else’s walk.
Proves are way too high. Make an option for a download for one image.
Cost and quality of images received. It was a crap jpeg not even a high quality png fine. For $100 for three pictures I should get original quality the camera takes 50 megapixel. 20mb file sizes.
I feel phone gives better quality output then what you gave.

The photos were nice, and seemingly good quality.
Thank you for the effort put into this. However, some of the images were unclear and low in resolution, which made them difficult to print properly. I also felt that the item was somewhat overpriced for the quality provided. I hope this feedback is helpful moving forward. Additionally, compared to previous years, there seemed to be fewer varieties of pictures this time.
Fast return of photo
I was very disappointed in the quality of the pictures and the amount you charge for any touch ups which I wasn’t sure would change anything. The picture color was shiny and unprofessional. I wanted to reorder and try doing the touch ups but I am not willing to spend another $80-100 on 2 pictures. I am sorry, but this is lower quality than grade school pictures. Just my opinion. I should have learned from by the ones I ordered last year.
