Photos were packaged inadequately they had rolled corners. You need to improve your packaging with stiffer backing.
Lots of options!
My pictures were delivered and stuffed in envelope without protection from the massive rains we have experienced. I laid them out to dry and hopefully they will be presentable.
For the price I paid for the photos the quality was horrible. The ndsu logo is not centered and the quality of the print is poor. Just a lot of money for this and I expected better

Up close, clear picture
One of the pictures I picked turned out to be blurry
During the actual graduation ceremony, one of your employees decided it was ok to start a verbal argument with another photographer who was not part of your company. Thankfully, your photographer said something calmly to remind them where they were.
When you sent the envelope with the pictures in it, it wasn’t stable. The photos were creased on the top corner. My mail man said if there was better postage on it then it would be delivered to my door vs the mailbox. Also the enveloped didn’t prevent getting wet from rain so the top corner also warped. So end result would be to send out in better packaging. Maybe a bubble wrap envelope with a cardboard piece inside to prevent bending. The photos were creased looks great, but I’m bummed the two 8x10 pictures are creased and warped.
The picture i received of me receiving my diploma had a girl receiving a diploma and i was behind her, could barely see me.
Graduation was good. The seating was awful. A family grabbed seats out in the aisle . They were racist& bullies. Ruined our experience. We had to get state troopers to feel safe: they started taking pics of us. We had small children with us. We have their pics. State troopers watched them. We got there early to get seats. They didn’t. Felt unsafe. All because they came late. When we told them this is the aisle. We need to get by: nope foul language came out! They acted like animals. Calling white people crackers. Not the world I live in. Not racist. I have an African American son! So not ok to act this way!
So happy to have the option to purchase a “ready made” photograph—I unpacked it and it was immediately ready for display! So easy!
I ordered the 3 picture frame with plaque and very disappointed in the quality of the frame and the plaque is just printed on the picture. For the cost I expected a much nicer frame and printed pictures. The description is not accurate for the product.
Very easy to order, quick delivery and beautiful quality pictures
The picture that we ordered, although beautiful, the background is much darker than it appeared on the preview. Also, we were going to order a full body picture, but when we got the preview on the ordering site, a quarter of the picture was cropped out. We would’ve liked to have had the full body picture.

The pics were great but hard to see with the extra large PROOF across the face.
The process of ordering the pictures was fine. But the pictures were not very good quality-3 quick poses, one of which my son's eyes were half closed, superimposed on 3 backgrounds that all looked extremely fake, was not the best offering. The only one I bought was the one of my son being handed his degree, and that was really nice to have.
Very expensive for downloads. Confusing directions said I would receive an email with link to download but it was never received (not in junk folder). Had to contact you to get access.
The prices were extremely high, not offering many possibilities.
The photographers are not trained. The pictures of my child were awful and completely unprofessional. I only purchased one 8x10 because of how bad the pictures were.
My kid had a lot to choose from dice she was a graduating mascot.
Your price for purchasing pictures is not reasonable. I downloaded three pics for $100, which is a lot for a student. Also, the graduate gown and tassel are expensive for a rental. Thanks

It is entirely to expensive, the only reason I was able to even get the pictures was because my parents offered to pay. This is the biggest day of a lot of people's lives and most graduate with no money and no job. You could at least make it affordable. Even your digital copies are super unaffordable. Those are usually the ones that are cheap enough for me to get
