The different options for packages,the prices
I am extremely unhappy that the photographer failed to notice that my daughter’s graduation cap was pushing down her left brow, making it appear as if she had a “lazy eye”!
This was evident in every single pose where she was wearing her graduation cap!
Secondly, I am even more upset with the shipping method utilized by your company. There was NO REINFORCED packaging used, so when my photo package arrived at the Post Office, it was merely shoved in my post office box, resulting in bent/creased photos. The Post Office informed me that for a small increase in postage, your company could have shipped differently. P.S. - I would have gladly paid for upgraded mail/shipping if your company had offered that to me at the time I placed my order.
I went on-line to your website’s “Help Desk” to open a “ticket”, but I did NOT receive a response from your company!!

I really liked the professional photos from the gala. The people knew what they were doing to position me correctly to prevent glares and I am very impressed with my pose. My pictures at the graduation had the flash in my glasses. But still I liked them. Thank you

You captured a very special moments
Some of my photos were blurry and the prices are inflated! $12 dollars for 1 photo? Thats insane. I don’t have family so no one came to the commencement to take photos of me so to pay over $200 for photos I think was insane. Not happy about it. But it is what it is unfortunately. Instead of having joy when looking back on that day by looking at the photos, I’m disappointed on how expensive they were. Not a good feeling to have when recalling what is supposed to be a good memory.
The order was expedited in a timely fashion.

Poop
The digital image had low version.
I appreciated that photos were offered during the graduation ceremony, but my child’s picture had noticeable red-eye. Additionally, the magnet I ordered appeared cheaply made—it looked like a magnet was simply glued onto a photo. Overall, it did not meet expectations and wasn’t worth the price.
Pictures came out perfect! We will order more in the future.
Make sure they photo and info is correct when ordering other items with pictures on it like the mug and make sure it has the correct school name on it and get it back to customer timely I am still waiting on the correct mug with WGU on it
Pictures were great! Cap & gown came in and were perfect. Ordered pictures & products and they were shipped in a very timely manner!
