Too expensive and the quality is just so so for the money
The pictures were OK I didn’t feel it was necessary to pay extra to have the picture retouched the original once I received it was blurry. My iPhone takes better pictures.

Her face is so shiny and did not appear that way on the screen at all when I was ordering. It’s so bad I will not use these pics in a frame or display. Her face is not shiny at all in any of the pictures I took of her so I think it may have been your lighting.
The photo receiving there diploma on stage should of been looking at you for photo disappointing that it wasn’t a better staged photo

The service was fine and convenient, but, in my opinion the prices were too high, not only for the photos themselves, but also the additional charges for touching up the photos. Thank you for considering my input; I hope it helps.

The photos I ordered were so bright they are annoying to look at. I ordered a ‘pearl’ finish so I thought they would be more muted.
My son n was holding his diploma upside down, so I couldn't order a picture of that

The proofs were nearly impossible to view and the final copies we received had random people in the background. It was also not centered properly. Print quality was terrible. Looked like a photo taken on a cell phone. A refund would be appreciated.

The stage photo is not centered, the photographer did not frame the shot properly. My daughter was the second to last group so there should have been lots of chances to get it right and verify on the digital camera. The pics are also dark and we shouldn’t have to pay to have the exposure corrected
Picture was a horrible quality
Subjects are understandably distracted during the commencement, and time is very limited to get a picture of them. Perhaps multiple exposures in rapid succession would yield a better result?
