How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The photographer didn't look at what was in the background when taking some of the candid shots. My daughter's face was extremely shiny in the pictures and she doesn't really have a problem with that in pictures.

That you were able to capture photos that I was not able to capture from where I was sitting. All of the graduation pictures were great quality and the process for buying them was very clearly outlined and smooth. Thank you!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When I ordered the plaque, I didn’t tell me that I had a cap of 27 letters, so when I had put in associate degree in business the spelling of business was only with one S on the end so I received a plaque that I presented to my daughter as a surprise, and I was so excited to gift that to her and the first thing she noticed was the misspelling I call to get the correction made and I’m told I have to replace the plaque on my own and that it’s an easy fix and that basically they’ll send directions and how I can just take care of it when they re-issue the correct plaque
In addition, I didn’t receive the digital download so I had to call and inquire on it and the person that I spoke with was kind of short and rude about the whole issue and didn’t even tell me goodbye. She just hung up at the end of the call, so no, I doubt that I would never recommend purchasing anything from you folks again, considering the unprofessionalism and lack of completeness.
I was told that sometimes the digital photo shows up in the spam email folder, which makes no sense when this whole entire time I’ve been getting the feedback email which I’m responding to and my receipt in my regular mail. I don’t appreciate this, especially with how much money I spent on Photos.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Maybe it was my fault but I didn't get the photos that I wanted. The watermarks on the proofs were VERY difficult to see through and I couldn't afford to buy a package. The 5 × 7 was the wrong pose and the magnet picture was very blurry. I ordered another magnet but I really wanted it in horizontal and I couldn't find that choice.

Over 1/2 of the pics my child was not ready & therefore I could not purchase. If you are looking to maximize and make a profit.... redefine this process to ensure the pics taken are quality and capturing the graduate. Random pics have NO value to the end user looking to purchase and end result is a loss in profit.

Let us know that you won't include all the pics that were taken. We got ours taken and it didn't show up in the proofs - we were bummed. Probably wasn't a good pic I guess!

The first time I tried to put in an order online, I did not receive any type of confirmation, not even an hour later. I called by phone and the employee looked up what would have been my information and could not locate an order for me. She told me to replace my order; which I did. I was surprised to receive two orders via the mail and two charges on my charge card. I called and spoke to an employee who told me I could ship back the extra order and I would receive a credit on my charge card. Things did proceed from there without any problems. The order that I sent back was not of very good quality, lacking in sharpness, it looked a touch fuzzy. There was no place online giving directions on how to return an order that was unsatisfactory. It was time consuming in locating a phone number to talk to someone.

What could we do to improve?

The customer service was not the best and I kept missing specials because my retouching wasn’t ready and I asked for the special price because I would have bought during the promotional period if the retouching was ready and all the response I got was that it wasn’t that much of a discount anyway.

Prices and package selections didn't fit my needs. I would have liked to have selected 2 poses and choose 5x7s and some wallets.

My order came and it was below my expectation. I was not happy with it and didn't like it. My picture was not brightened as I was told when I called before placing an order for it. Paying such amount of money for it, I was expecting a better job.

The subject is noticeably off center. We did the best with what we had to work with when editing but couldn’t center the picture. Also, the subject is obviously in motion. Ask the person to stop moving so you can focus on them when taking the picture.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I ordered a wood plaque for my son's GVSU graduation. I called a couple of times as the tool WAS NOT working to crop the photo. I was frustrated that noone got back to me. I was told that the company was working on it.

I received the plaque and the photo does not look good. There is too much dead space above my son's head. The photo wasn't composed very well from the get go. It is frustrating that the tools weren't in place on my end to fix it. What is MORE frustrating is that your company looks at this piece and does not care enough to crop it.

This piece was expensive and I wish I did not order it as it looks AMATEURISH..
