Not exactly bad- just very expensive for photos that weren’t incredible. They weren’t bad, they just weren’t any better than you could get on a phone.
The photos were beautiful, but the packages were limited and expensive. There should be a discounted option if you purchase a package to add on additional photos. Also you should be able to mix and match poses if you are getting more than 1 photo of that size. Delivery was fast.

Photos are taken randomly, and some of them are good, but others are not. The quality of photos are the one by so-so photographers given a privilege of best photo angles.
When the photos are taken they should have their hands down and their stills and cords showing. For some of us this is the only halfway decent photo you get. My son’s photo you couldn’t see that very well.
There was an issue with the photo I ordered and I was given wonderful customer service to make the order correct!

Candid shots that we might have missed.
Easy to find my graduate's photo. Fun to see a close up of what was on stage. I realize now I should have taken advantage of the photoshop option to remove the tassel - but I'm still very happy with the images.

My daughter's face on the 8×10 looked terrible. There was so much glare, it is unusable. The colors are distorted. The 5×7's are good. These pictures are very expensive and I was expecting better quality. I've bought several other photos from other Universities/Colleges and these were the worst.
The photos we taken so close to the graduate and on an upward angle- it just didn’t look right - also the whole picture was mostly blue - the background and her gown blended together - my graduates face looked washed out - thinking the flash was to bright
Way overpriced
One picture was fantastic as he crossed the stage. The second photo was out of focus and simply awful and ruined what was a special moment. I was told a professional photographer would be there - unfortunately the professional made an error. That can happen and is a huge bummer. BUT what is worse is your company charged me for the photo - had the gull to mail it as a professional product. Where was the Quality Control. When I sent evidence of the awful quality, you refunded the cost of the product - BUT not shipping. You choose to ship an awful photo. Why should I pay for that?
Still waiting for my 3 digital downloads with basic retouching. Order was wrong first time and still waiting after paying $130
