The people taking the photos were extremely nice. I liked the photos before commencement and after receiving degree.
It is impossible to get good photos at such a large graduation event, so it is a great service to provide. The pictures I ordered were excellent quality and they arrived quickly. The ordering process was user friendly as well.
Could not tell the quality of the photo because of the overlying wording flashing across it was distracting and made it difficult to view the pictures.
Was disappointed in what I received. He looked hot and sweaty and his hair was a mess.
My picture that I ordered and paid w yea for retouching was horrible. It was blurry! When I reached out asking for a refund they told me I would have to pay to ship it back. That’s horrible customer service!

I ordered the digital files and $100 for 3 pictures was too high. Also you sent me too many emails. After I ordered I got all of these sale emails. Did I get the sale price I’ll ripped off? I don’t know.

Lovely pictures taken of the student receiving their diploma during the ceremony. The photographers were very pleasant and went around asking families if they'd like to have family pics taken.

I ordered retouches a couple of times the same picture but a different size one worked one didn’t. My sons diploma had a glare on it. I contacted by phone and got no help

Poor quality Walmart photo printing was better. the expense of getting theese photos I felt was robbery. We should just get one for free after paying for 4 years of college education
The prices are ridiculous. You are missing out on multiple student demographics because of the prohibitive pricing.
