The guy at the repair desk (forgot his name) was kind and helpful. He helped educate me about the part that had broken on my bike and called other stores to find a specific part. He gave me several different options that were all really good. I felt like he was really honest with me and it was very chill vibes. Plus, I was greeted and aided pretty quickly upon entering the store. Store was clean, organized, and calm atmosphere.

The salesperson who helped me was great from the start. He saw me come in, asked how he can help, we looked at bikes, rode some, and he helped me get a trade-in for my kid’s bike. The whole process was pleasant and easy. I felt heard and taken care of, which is all customers really want, right?! Great experience

They brought the trike I wanted from a different store. Got there on time. Went to pick it up and it was ready. The salesman went over everything with me and answered all my questions. I dealt with three different salesmen and they were all very helpful. Definitely a good experience.
Steve did a great job performing the tune up I requested and also reached out to let me know that some additional work around brake adjustments would be a good idea. Very professional.
