The technician was very professional and on time, and was very thorough. He did a great job and we are very happy with it.

The process is so fast and efficient. The gentleman who did the service was really great. He explained everything thoroughly before even starting and answered any questions I had. I’m really pleased with the results.
I have already provided email and text to my last visit. But also, I have noticed that my carpet throughout is sticky now. Wish someone would call or follow up. Not extremely satisfied with this last cleaning.
I like that the carpet is cleaned without detergent. Grant was also an excellent tech and did a good job!

Hector was very knowledgeable and took care of a very old couch without damaging it.
The appointment for service was setup very quickly. The technician Kevin was very kind and friendly. We have a very old household. Kevin was kind enough to wear a mask that was provided to protect our family. We wore one too. He explained every detail of what he was going to do and how Zerorez worked on cleaning carpets. Very pleased with result. The carpet we have is very old. Not all ingrained stains can be removed we understand that. Just happy after several years the carpet is at least clean with no extra carpet cleaning solutions left in the surface. We do not know how long we will have our old carpet. Just happy Zerorez was able to clean it with a different and human safe approach. Carpet was cleaned and treated on Wed July 17 2024.
Hector was very honest and consciencious. The job started off well, got messed up in the middle but he stuck with it and delivered a first class product at the end. So thankful that you have technicians as devoted as he is. Great job on a very difficult carpet. I will definately be using and recommending your services and asking for Hector.

Please give your technicians a reasonable means of cleaning up all the overspray. Using a drymop only means that the chemical residue is spread all over the floor. A wetvac at least. I have spent the last three days trying to clean the soap scum off the floors and it's still not off.
And perhaps some sort of sheeting so that the overspray doesn't cover everything within 5 feet of the item being cleaned. Had I known that the overspray would be so bad I would have either moved the chairs outside or covered the other furniture myself.

Well when Grant arrived he was very tired since I was the last job of his day,
Then I mentioned that I was paying for the pet treatment he said oh yeah I saw that on the work order. So if I didn't say anything I'm not sure if he would have treated with what he were supposed to use.
In fact I am still not sure if he did what I payed for. When I watched him he never took any extra time where I showed him the dog made a mess.
2nd the rug in the room he didn't offer to adjust the price when he got to my home I said to Grant, that I needed to cut the rug down in size because the room we moved the rug into it was much smaller.
3rd When he was done with the work he asked me ro look at the the job he did and I had to ask him to put a little muscle into the the device he was using and re-touch around the edges he only did one side of the rug and not all the edge.
$400+ to clean a sectional is over priced. I would expect a second pass over each section but it was cleaned within an hour. Overpriced this time.
I used this company in the past and it was a great deal $200 for 3 bedrooms! How is one sectional now $400!

I still see stains and the carpet overall looks worse! This carpet is 5mos old and very expensive.

-The Rep’s go above and Beyond, making sure everything is cleaned well.
- They call and communicate, letting the homeowners know what time they will be at your home ( which means you speak to a real person).
- You are allowed to text pictures, and this means they can give the homeowner a price right away ( without coming to your home for a quote).
- They mop and clean up their mess.
- Real professional and down to earth Rep’s.
Hector did an amazing job with our carpet. Its very hard to keep a carpet clean with two children under 8; overall, his work was phenomenal
Everything came out without any soap!!!
The areas that were not too dirty look great, however, the areas that really needed it are just okay. the technician seemed to Passover surfaces rather quickly. Some areas probably could have used little more attention.

I was disappointed in the service. The carpet cleaning results was not much difference from before the cleaning. Also, many stains were not removed. Totally displeased with service.
