Matt in service took great care of me. When we found an issue in the packing lot upon pickup, he quickly grabbed a few techs and they sorted it out before I left. My experience at the Birch Run location was much better than my experience at another Michigan location.

Nichole did an awesome job showing us everything about our RV. She didn’t pressure us at all. She even showed us another brand that had the same floor plan of what we wanted because they didn’t have that particular model available on the lot. When she miss spoke about something on the camper she made sure we got the correct information and admitted she had made a mistake. We are very pleased with our purchase and we definitely recommend Nichole to help you find your next camper.
Nikki, my service manager, is very efficient and has quick turn around times when getting my RV fixed. She also responds to calls and texts quickly as well.

Tory and Sof were great to work with. They both made themselves available during and after work after hours. Both took their time to make sure that all our questions were answered to our satisfaction.
On the day of our sale, Cami took over and is a funny ball of fire to work with. She is in the right job at the right time.
On our walk through of our camper it was a little disappointing because knew about the camper’s features then the representative.

We were going to try to find a new service provider this year for annual state and Forever Warrenty inspections due to really bad experience last year when Stoltzfus became General RV but we ended up giving General RV one more shot and they did a good job with inspections and fixing a few things and keeping our total costs reasonable and giving us good advice and information on what we can do in future as far as preventative maintenance and giving us info on how to fix a few things ourselves to keep our costs down so we will be back for sure. Glad we gave them a second shot at our business!!!! 100% better experience than last year. Linda K & John E
