From the very first minute I spoke to the front office they were courteous and willing to help. I had recently bought a new house and of course the fuel oil ran out- they set me up with service, inspected my tank, and filled me up all in the same day. Mind you I called my current provider and they wouldn’t help me for 7-10 days!!! Needless to say Griffith is now my energy company and I cannot shout loud enough how well they treat their customers even when they aren’t customers yet.

The service is great and the price for heating fuel is lower than other companies. (so we hear from our neighbors) The budget plan works very well. We do not have to worry about running out of fuel with the apparatus on the tank.

The people and service.Our local office has a magnificent staff. Very helpful and caring. They do not want to leave anybody in a situation where they have no heat during the winter. They will do what ever they have to to take care of their customers.
