However, you did not credit my bill payment on February 4, 2022, for your $10.00 gift coupon dated 6/09/2021. The coupon is good for one year from date of issuance, which is 6/08/2022. I'm sure it is just an oversight as I have never had any other issue with your billing practices.

I can't remember the name of my delivery person but he was very vigilante in making sure I did not run out of propane, even when I was unable to clear the gate for him to access the tank. When he noticed the snow had melted enough for him to access the tank, he topped it off. I truly appreciate his dedication. It saved extra strain on my daughter who would have had to do the work since I am recovering surgery.

During our most recent crisis regarding our furnace in the month of September 2021, I have to mention the names of service manager Mike, Jacob, Ryan they were extremely helpful to fix our problem and with the good advice from Mike we ended up having very good winter. Delivery also has been done very nicely without causing any damage to my driveway and the yard. Thank you for very good service.
