Well one day when I woke up to 42 degrees in my house, I had a furnace man come check it. Again, I was on automatic fill up so I thought there was no way I would be out of propane. I watched a furnace man spend his entire Saturday fixing a furnace that didn't need to be fixed. Needless to say, Griffith made it right and was able to deliver propane. My feet were about to fall off. Griffith thought it was acceptable to charge for emergency propane fill up and for the astronomical furance technician, but they made it right on my next bill. This is why I will choose Griffith.
