When they know us and our needs without having to do research wasting valuable time also means a lot. We feel confident in our propane supplier and that's so very important these days. Knowing that our tanks are being monitored not only by the company, but I, as a customer, also can monitor the levels in our propane tanks. We also feel very fortunate for the propane driver that we have - (Rich) - he's fast, efficient and so very nice.
