Our gas furnace needed a gas line valve replaced and we had no heat without the new valve. No replacement valves were available locally. Griffith representative drove approximately 200 miles round trip to get the valve and restore heat to our home the same day we called in the repair order. I doubt any other business would go to such lengths. I expected Griffith to say they would order the valve and return in a day or two, leaving us without heat until the part arrived. We greatly appreciate Griffith Energy's outstanding service.

Accuracy of knowing when my propane is in need of service
On the last propane delivery to my house on 11/26/2025 the tanks were only filled to 70%. In past delivery’s the tanks were filled to 100%. As I have a generator that runs off the tanks in the winter I would like them kept as full as possible. Could you please do this in the future.
